International Review of the Armed Forces Medical Services 4/2023
This issue of the International Review of the Armed Forces Medical Services closes a year 2023 which has confirmed the ever-increasing importance of military medicine, and the expectations it raises around the world.
After a break of several years - due to Covid - several regional congresses were held in 2023. They were able to offer a wealth of content, testifying to the integration by military medicine of numerous scientific and technical achievements.
2024 will allow us to pursue the activities of our organization. In particular, it will be an opportunity for us to meet again, in large numbers I hope, at the 6th ICMM Pan-European Regional Congress in Athens, Greece, in April 2024, and for the 45th ICMM World Congress to be held in Brisbane, Australia, in September 2024.
As the year 2023 draws to a close, and in keeping with tradition, the entire IRAFMS editorial team joins me in wishing everyone a very happy festive season.
